  • Developing modern managerial thinking and a system of knowledge in personnel management among future specialists; understanding the conceptual foundations of human resource management; and acquiring skills in making and implementing well-grounded HR decisions in a dynamic external environment.
  • Providing fundamental general economic training and focusing on the practical aspects of the use of modern human resource management tools by future specialists in organizations in academic, professional, and research contexts.
  • Developing professional competence in the effective application of human resource management principles to ensure the efficient functioning and development of organizations of various types of activity and organizational and legal forms.
  • Combining students’ theoretical training and practical training in HR departments of organizations, enterprises/institutions, and recruitment companies with research work, including the writing of academic articles.
  • Student-centered learning through thematic, problem-based, overview, binary and dual lectures, conference lectures, including those involving practitioners, consultation lectures with presentations, discussions, training sessions, moderation, situation modelling, the use of the case study method for solving real-life tasks, student projects commissioned by enterprises, work in small groups, students’ self-study, and preparation of the final qualification paper.

  • The educational programme is distinguished by a unique combination of academic disciplines in organizational behaviour, HR audit, career management, and organizational psychology, which ensures comprehensive training of specialists capable of creating an inclusive environment and safe working conditions, as well as designing and implementing HR change projects amid global crises and migration processes.
  • The educational programme is aimed at developing students’ key competencies for solving strategic tasks in the field of personnel management, particularly in the context of military, energy, and security challenges. It also provides for the systematic updating of educational content in line with global standards and leading international HR practices.
  • The involvement of top company managers – HR leaders of domestic and international businesses – in the educational process, together with an extensive system of cooperation with business partners, ensures practice-oriented training of students and creates real opportunities for competitive employment.
