On September 9, 2026, an online guest lecture entitled “About Leasing with BEST LEASING” was held for students of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting majoring in 072 “Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market”. The event was organized with the support of the Department of Banking.

The guest speaker was Maryna Butova, Head of the Risk Management Department at BEST LEASING LLC.

The lecture focused on the essence of financial leasing, its key characteristics, and the specific features of providing leasing services. The students learned about the major trends shaping the global leasing market, as well as the current state and distinctive features of the financial leasing market in Ukraine under martial law.

Particular attention was paid to the practical aspects of leasing companies’ operations, risk management in the leasing business, professional development opportunities, and career prospects in the financial leasing sector.

At the end of the lecture, Maryna Butova presented the opportunities available to students for internships and practical training at a leasing company, spoke about the specific features of professional work in the leasing industry, and shared her valuable practical experience.

The meeting concluded with an engaging discussion, during which the students had an opportunity to ask questions and receive detailed and professionally grounded answers.
