State University of Trade and Economic (SUTE) continues to step confidently along the path of internationalization, strengthening ties with leading scientific institutions in Europe. This year is marked by a special milestone - the 10th anniversary of fruitful cooperation with the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS, Germany).

The partnership between SUTE and THWS dates back to 2016. Throughout this decade, the universities have implemented dozens of joint academic exchange programs, projects, and scientific initiatives.

We deeply value this stable cooperation, which has stood the test of time and become a model of effective synergy between Ukrainian and German higher education. Therefore, the symbolic conclusion of the first

decade of partnership was the re-signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation and the Agreement between the universities, opening the door to the next decade of joint achievements.

Specially for the anniversary year, the cooperation has expanded into one of the most relevant fields of modern times. A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed with the Center for Artificial Intelligence (CAIRO), which operates under THWS. This strategic decision will allow for the integration of cutting-edge European experience in the development and regulation of AI into SUTE's educational programs.

The documents on behalf of the German partners were signed by the Vice-President of THWS, Achim Förster. The delegation also included:

• Daniel Wimmer - Head of the International Office at THWS;
• Peter Braun - Head of the Bachelor's program in Informatics.

State University of Trade and Economics was represented by:

• Tamara Kortukova - Head of the International Relations Department;
• Hanna Ilchenko - Associate Professor of the Department of International, Civil, and Commercial Law;
• Roman Shpyrka - PhD student of the Department of International, Civil, and Commercial Law.

For SUTE, the partnership with THWS and the CAIRO Center is not only an exchange of experience but also an opportunity for our students and scientists to be at the forefront of technological progress. We are grateful to our German partners for their long-term support and shared commitment to excellence in education and science.
