The University implements European approaches to training a new generation of the nation's intellectual elite based on the principles of innovation, inclusiveness, systematicity, environmental responsibility, gender equality, patriotism, and comprehensive personal development.

Fundacja Instytut Europejski (EIF) - is a Polish charitable organization whose mission is to support a safe, competitive, fair, sustainable, and globally influential Europe, as well as to promote European integration and development. The organization brings together predominantly young people interested in European and international issues, and implements educational programs, including those based on non-formal education, organizing trainings, youth exchanges, seminars, and projects in the field of civic education and human rights.

The Pillar Foundation (Hungary) is a registered non-profit foundation engaged in European education and information/educational projects. The Foundation began its activities in October 2000 and has organized EU-related programs since 2001. In recent years, the Foundation has coordinated several highly successful national EU information programs. Pillar has been a partner organization of the Eurodesk network since February 2022. The European network of information services for young people aims to promote national and international youth mobility programs, training courses, and scholarships. As a Eurodesk partner, Pillar's staff can provide assistance and guidance on how to make the most of the resources and opportunities available to young people.

RBF Germany is a German association founded in late 2011 by former members of the Bundestag together with civil society leaders under the patronage of Professor Rita Süssmuth; the organization holds non-profit status in Germany. Its goals are to draw attention to ethnic and religious conflicts and to promote democracy, tolerance, the rule of law, peace, and the prevention of hatred, racism, and xenophobia. Its activities include conferences and hearings, awareness-raising campaigns, partnerships with European initiatives, and youth-focused work, including projects related to Holocaust education and democratic values.

The Instituti Per Kontraten Shoqerore (SCI) is an Albanian non-profit organization whose goal is to strengthen democratic institutions and practices through civic participation, engaging citizens in the development and implementation of public policy, as well as supporting youth initiatives and promoting active youth participation in public life. The Institute's main activities include research and analytical projects, the preparation of reports and recommendations, the organization of trainings and events for young people and civil society activists, and the implementation of national and regional sustainable development programs. SCI is also a co-founder of EWMI (East-West Management Institute – USA), which is consistently involved in the implementation of international grant projects.

NOVI HORIZONT (Montenegro) is a non-governmental civil society organization whose activities are aimed at developing local democracy, civic participation, and improving the quality of life of local communities. Its main goals include engaging citizens in government decision-making, strengthening the transparency and accountability of authorities, supporting vulnerable groups and youth, and promoting human rights and gender equality. Key activities include implementing educational and integration programs for young people, conducting trainings and seminars for civil society activists, participating in projects supported by the EU and other donors, as well as monitoring the work of local self-government and advocacy campaigns in support of democratic reforms.

Iuventa Nevladina Organizacija Udruzenje (IUVENTA) is a Serbian non-profit non-governmental civil society organization specializing in youth work, fostering active citizenship, intercultural and interreligious dialogue, social inclusion, and the protection of human rights. Its main goals include supporting youth participation in democratic processes, combating discrimination and the exclusion of vulnerable groups, and developing tolerance and solidarity through international youth exchanges, trainings, and projects under EU programs, including Erasmus+. Among IUVENTA's key activities are organizing training courses and seminars for youth leaders, participating in international partnerships and networks, implementing projects in the field of sport, inclusion, and diversity, as well as running information campaigns aimed at strengthening youth participation in public life.
