ГУРТОЖИТОК №3

Дев’ятиповерхова будівля, розрахована на 256 кімнат, що об’єднані у 32 блоки. Кожен блок включає 8 житлових кімнат, власну кухню, санвузол та спеціальну кімнату для сушіння одягу. Кухні повністю укомплектовані газовими плитами та СВЧ-печами для зручного приготування їжі. Також у гуртожитку для побутового комфорту облаштовані душові кімнати спільного користування та кімната для прасування.

Для проведення культурних заходів та відпочинку мешканців працює простора актова зала. На першому поверсі будівлі розміщено кабінет завідувача гуртожитку та відділ охорони праці.
