За фінансової підтримки Програми USAID «Конкурентоспроможна економіка України» у ДТЕУ були розроблені та проведені інтенсивні науково-практичні курси у рамках спільного проєкту NTOU Lab в рамках Угоди про співробітництво між ДТЕУ і Національною туристичною організацією України (НТОУ) від 15 грудня 2023 року. Проєкт передбачав розроблення програм інтенсивних науково-практичних курсів, організації навчального процесу й атестації слухачів та організації заходів зі сприяння їх подальшому працевлаштуванню під загальною назвою «RapidSkills» за 3 програмами:

  • «ГОТЕЛЬНЕ ГОСПОДАРСТВО»
  • «ХАРЧОВЕ ВИРОБНИЦТВО»
  • «РІТЕЙЛ»

Розроблені програми науково-практичних курсів є актуальними в умовах нагальної потреби у висококваліфікованому персоналі в усіх сферах економічної діяльності. Вони дозволять швидко навчити працівників новим навичкам, які необхідні для підтримки критичних секторів економіки та забезпечення життєдіяльності країни.

За допомогою інтенсивних курсів RapidSkills слухачі мали можливість опанувати нову спеціальність, здобувши потрібний обсяг теоретичних знань і практичних навичок (у співвідношенні 50/50) із залученням роботодавців на базі підприємств стейкголдерів.

За результатами опанування курсів слухачі отримали сертифікати, що сприяють їх працевлаштуванню.
